This movie was created for fans of the games and the direction and cinematography are both well done. It's not a high brown commentary on human society, but its also not trying to be. If you're a fan of the games or b-rated horror film, you'll find a lot to enjoy with this one.

As someone who has been a die hard fan since 1996. Having played EVERY game entire. I honestly want my money back. Completely changing most of the story, and character arcs. This just goes to show that NO movie director can actually do a good/true Resident Evil movie. I'm very disappointed at how this film turned out. Save your money, and wait to see it on netflix.

Out of respect for the creators who were able to recreate the atmosphere of the games, great respect. The film is good, I hope Sony and the production team will work better on the sequel. The timekeeping of 1 hour 40 minutes is quite small, considering that the film covers the events of the first 3 games. As a fan, I'm happy with the movie. If I were an ordinary viewer, I would hardly appreciate it. Please work on Leon) He is very strange.
