A fantastic movie about the sacrifices one man would make for his family. You will laugh, cry and feel good throughout the movie. The last 20 minutes were very depressing though. Good job HBO!

Interesting story about how life may be like in Russia. Not to generalize based on one movie, but I can imagine there are parts just like it. Sad.

Not what I thought it would be. An interesting tale of two destinies colliding over crime. Supporting storylines are strange, silly and unneeded but Considine's portrayal and fate keep you locked in.

Great movie with great writing. Somewhat of a downer feel to the whole thing, definitely a drama with many thought provoking moments. See it.

Good concept... bored me to tears at times, though... the thugs kind of took away the seriousness it looked like the film was trying to build toward.
