Pokémon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom (2011)

The Kingdom of the People of the Earth once ruled over the land, but now all that remains is the Sword of the Earth. in the city of Eindoak. Satoshi, Iris, and Dent arrive in Eindoak during a harvest festival's Pokémon Tournament and meet the legendary Pokémon Victini who wishes to share its powers of victory to someone. Elsewhere in the city, a descendant of the People of the Earth named Dred Grangil has arrived who seeks to revive the kingdom's power with the Sword of the Earth, bringing them back into power over the land, and Satoshi and his friends must stop him before he destroys the land along with Victini.

As big as a Pokemon fan as I am, I just didn't like it. Maybe it was the constant talk about how "cute" Victini was or how horrible the voice acting was, but it's just not good.

Even though the Black and White series is the least favorable of the Pokémon anime, this first installment of the respective series' trio of films put itself apart from that thought by being the third best yet of the films, as well being the freshest restart. It seems the equally good, well-done dual films attempted to replicate the superior ninth entry's factors with success but stayed below. However, what was attached to the heartening warmth factor was putting in some actual sad moments as build-ups towards the pay-off, as it'd recaptured the cute factor seen in the Advanced series. Not only that particular factor being at its best, the animation and the protagonist's spotlight both were at their best as well, which makes this the best yet of its rating in the anime's film series. It was interesting to see that there was two versions of this that did have semi significant differences but all in all it was an alright movie!

PokÃ (C)mon the Movie 2000 has just been replaced as my favorite PokÃ (C)mon movie. PokÃ (C)mon the Movie Black: Victini and Reshiram is a great film with beautiful animation, an awe-inspiring plot, and a tour de force of emotions run through. Victini is a wonderfully mischievous lout. I will gladly watch this movie again.
