A quirky and old-fashioned take on The Odyssey. It also offers some perspective on American history. Clooney is great, but Turturro is the real star.

I enjoyed this movie a lot. The story line is well written and the actors are all picked amazingly. My brother-in-law's father was in it, and I'm proud of him for being in such a well made movie.

The Coens seem to once again bring us a great dramedy with a killer soundtrack. This film is flat-out fun, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Might be one of my top three movies of all time. Ignorant people are blinded by the country tone and miss the amazing technical prowess on display here. Don't be fooled, this is one hell of a fantastic, exciting adventure movie. Interesting Trivia: first movie ever to have visual effects in every single frame.
