Sam always seems to make the wrong decision. A convicted computer hacker, he's single, jaded and barred from using the internet. Forced to crash on his brother's couch, he makes ends meet by working at the local Twistee Treat and stealing mail while disguised as a postal worker. Then, a single pink envelope changes everything. Handwritten by a heartsick Josie to her late husband, the tender missive awakens something in Sam.

Watched the independent film No Postage Necessary on Amazon Prime video last night. Great film and it was really fun seeing all the local Plant City spots and friends who were in the film. Plus, being somewhat of a technical geek, I thought the bitcoin and hacker parts in the movie were really interesting. Highly recommend you check it out!

Techie buzzwords like “hacking” and “bitcoins” fly, but it’s all just for show. It’s not about the tech, despite a convoluted subplot with an FBI agent in pursuit. The real story is of Sam and Josie, but uneasy romance is misguided to be sure.

I really enjoyed this movie that I had been expecting for a while :) The cast and creative did a brilliant job. The plot and the characters are convincing because nothing is « overdone ». So refreshing to see a romcom that actually works and that you canovered relate to. I laughed and cry because it moved me on different level. Special congratulations for the soundtrack which I can't wait to buy !!! I watched it on vevue which was so easy to use.

There's nary a believable moment, emotionally or otherwise, in No Postage Necessary, which also suffers from its overly treacly musical score composed by Closshey. The film bears as much relation to real life as cryptocurrency does to hard cash.

Fun characters with an easy, enjoyable plot. Good for the whole family with some funny and touching moments.
