brilliantly written and hilariously acted. awesome depiction of the ridiculous world of unrealistic expectations, insane hurdles and self imposed madness women today navigate.

This is a laugh-out-loud funny movie with heart and a point--true love is self-acceptance. Not only that, but the movie serves up deliciously (and at times wickedly) funny scenes that stab at the notion of women's bodies "having" to adhere to impossible standards of beauty to be acceptable. Sparkling wit and dialogue, along with excellent acting, make this a rom com with a timely--and important--message for men and women alike.

I'm 27 years old, from the UK & expecting my first baby with a wonderful partner (After a few frogs like us all i.e. Michael the cheater!!!) I've always struggled with my body image & size even though I wouldn't say im fat, just average/healthy & love food! I'm blonde & bubbly with very similar views on beauty/body image & being a woman in society today so really identified with Cathryn's character - Suzanne NOT Susan haha! This was a wonderful, honest movie & it might be my hormones just like Suzanne's IVF Treatments, but I felt everything Suzanne went through in the movie... I cried & I laughed! Thank you to all & I wish Muffin Top all the best on your journey to female empowerment <3 A real feminist is anyone who really cares about equality for all regardless of gender <3
