You'd have to be made of stone not to like this fun movie. Hanks' first pairing with director Penny Marshall.

Big is a classic that does everything right. It is a great movie that I enjoy just as much now as I did as a kid, in fact I think I like it even better. Tom Hanks does an amazing job with his role as an 11 year old in the body of a grown man. It makes you laugh, cry, and smile. It is an honest movie that makes several clever observations and pursues a farfetched idea in a very realistic manner that seems very genuine.

A heartwarming tale about 13 year old Josh Baskin (Tom Hanks) who wants to be Big but in the end decides he misses his family and that he doesn't want to be big anymore. A great movie & Elizabeth Perkins also had a great role as Hanks girlfriend in the movie, Susan Lawerence as did Robert Loggia as MacMillian. I really enjoyed this movie and I know that you will too.
