Money for Nothing (1993)

When unemployed dockworker Joey Coyle finds $1.2 million that fell off of an armored car, he decides to do the logical thing: take the money and run. After all, he says, finders keepers. He turns to his ex-girlfriend Monica, who works in an investment firm, for advice, before turning to the mob for help laundering the money. While Joey makes plans to leave the country, however, a detective is following his ever-warmer trail in order to recover the cash.

Should have been called 'Waste of Cusack's Talent for Nothing', and you can qoute me on that. He is much better than this movie. See Better Off Dead, High Fidelity, or America's Sweethearts and skip this one.

(That's a plus in my book.) [b][i]Very Bad Things[/i][/b] >> [color=lemonchiffon]D[/color] >> Semi-funny, dark comedy that is just too messy and pointless. Making a kid's film that is a masterpiece is probably one of the most difficult things ever. I'll save you two hours, the only truly funny moment is when Cusack puts on a pair of pantyhose in the airport restroom and attempts to stuff $600,000 down them to get it on the plane to the Bahamas to escape the country with it after he's told his carry on is too large. His blond dye job pompadour was pretty amusing as well. Otherwise it was fun to see Benicio Del Toro and James Gandolfini in their early acting days.
