This sequel/prequel, was actually filmed first and it's predecessor was shot back to back with this. This follows Braddock (Norris) as he's captured during a rescue mission in Vietnam in 1972, before moving quickly on 10 years later, it's now 1982 & Braddock & his men are still M.I.A. The plot dips significantly in quality, the direction is sloppy and the performances are terrible. The highlight sadly is the cruelty Braddock & his men are put through. The film features decent performances from Norris & Soon-Tech Oh, but the rest are just horrible. The film is enjoyable though & although its predecessor is the better film this is my favourite of the series.

I'm one of the few people out there who have actually seen this so I felt I should write a review. 1) Weird 2)terrible acting 3) ridiculous stunts. But the opening scene when Braddock and his men jump out of the helicopter and freeze in mid-air is classic '80s action. Watch it only if you have nothing better to do.

Colonel Braddock is back but in the prequel before his capture.. He helps an American unit out of trouble. However they end up POWs and deal with a sadistic NVA commander. Full of action and neat weaponry..
