Though Wally has its topical touches -- including the suggestion that the governor prove his innocence by exposing his private parts -- nothing hits home in Peter Baldwin's slapdash, scattershot farce.

Without a doubt Rodney's most underrated performance. The first hour of this movie is hilarious with classic Rodney mischief and of course the classic one-liners, but it got a little silly towards the end. But still, if you can find a copy of this, buy it.

The statue penis joke is classic stuff. If the idea of a man walking around with a statues broken off penis in his pocket, simulating a massive hard-on isn't your style of comedy, then stay away from this. Otherwise, enjoy it like I did.
