A thing of great beauty, and full of riddles. It deliberately plays games and breaks conventions. Nyman's score is great of course and features a child called Smut who's obsessed with circumcision. Awesome.

By far the most riveting story, although men get their beating. The photography, score and storyline (direct and underlying) are simply the magic of life and death.

Un clásico de Greenaway, como para repetirse el plato varias veces y escudriñar en el. Los hombres retratados en tres partes, trisomÃas, trilogÃas.

An adult wonderland of a film, built around ascending numbers, that deals with sex, death, fate and apples.

Not even half as good as Cook.thief, etc. The plot felt like if Greenaway took some acid and started shooting. But, instead of the mess being a enjoyable mess like the above mentioned movie, this one was a complete bore. A pointless boring movie.
