Writer-director Keith Bearden was also smart enough to round up a couple of other old pros: Brian Dennehy, as the hero's eccentric grandfather, and Keith David, as a wise collector of pop-culture artifacts.

Another coming of age film, only it's about a Napolean Dynamite looking nerd who's obssessed with an ex porn star who can't get her life together. Seen it all before, but the performances are what this film is all about.
