Living in Oblivion (1995)

Low-budget independent filmmaker Nick Reve tries to keep everything together as his production is plagued with an insecure actress, a megalomaniac star, a pretentious beret-wearing director of photography, and lousy catering.

I just loved too much the way this movie is present. The way Tom DiCillo plays with black and white is fantastic.

a hidden gem, a must see. Steve Buschemi is HOT!!!!!! as ever and he comes so close to actually getting the girl

"Have you ever had a dream with a dwarf in it? Do you know anyone who's had a dream with a dwarf in it? No! I don't even have dreams with dwarves in them. The only place I've seen dwarves in dreams is in stupid movies like this!" This is a truly hilarious behind-the-scenes look at indie filmmaking, featuring all of my favourite indie actors (Steve Buscemi, Catherine Keener, Peter Dinklage and Kevin Corrigan).

A clever, funny film about making a low budget film. Watch it with "Lost in La Mancha" and you get a wonderful insight into film making.
