Outstanding! I will come back and edit this I hope but this, despite some low budget cheese, is one of the best movies ever made. Probably more accurate to say it is a great story, well presented and I really wonder how great it could have been with more money. Inconceivably great I expect. The director and cast and screenwriter were surely outstanding, some of the sets and FX, not so much to be honest. Still, OUTSTANDING.

The Princess Bride is a film created for the pop culture generation. This film is an example on how to create a fresh story against a concept that Disney has stepped firmly into the ground. The film is quite self aware and Reiner never takes the easy way out. The strong cast are provided considerable character development and a clever script. I introduced this to a friend on this viewing, with the memory of the film lingering in my memory and I'm happy to say this is one film that holds up for new generations. A cult classic and one film that should be proudly displayed on your shelf at home. 03/12/2018.

This is one of the best movies I've ever seen. Whenever it's on T.V. I stop what I'm doing and watch it. I really loved the cast in this one. I loved Mandy Patinkin as Indigo Montoya. There are tons of memorable quotes from this movie and even my ninth grade biology teacher said a lot and told us everyday that "if you haven't seen this movie go see it". Which is 100% true!
