Cutting between the four stories, director Alankrita Shrivastava is effective in capturing the hectic character of a community where homes are packed close together and everybody is constantly watching what the neighbours are doing.

Beautiful film about 4 different women in interesting relationships. All yearn for more but are held back by various gender, cultural or traditional roles expected of women. It is apparently banned in India. There are moments of hope where the women make every effort to " break-away" from parental, spousal or religious expectations. The movie leaves one with little hope of a better future for these women.
