even though this movie is definitely not the best quality, it's such a cute story! i think sherilyn fenn and jeremy piven are one of THE cutest movie couples of all time! they're so cute together! i love this movie! especially since it involves screenwriting which really interests me!!! by the way, i already loved the movie before i'd seen it because i loved sherilyn fenn as anna nardini in gilmore girls and i loved jeremy piven as dean kansky in serendipity!!!

Enjoyable and fun Sunday afternoon cuddle love story intertwined with a satirical look at Hollywood. It was cute. I'd have given it more stars if it wasn't for the awful and cheesy soundtrack throughout.

It's strange to see a movie make fun of the movie business, while itself following a standard industry formula. Just Write invites us to laugh at the business of the Hollywood pitch, despite its own ridiculous pitch.
