If you're looking for a dark, funny, sometimes caustic, comedy that is a challenge to the mind ... make tracks to the theater and ask to see Nurse Betty.

The unexpected hard edge really saves this film from mediocrity. Full thumbs up to Chris Rock for an absolutely great surprise performance. Who knew that the guy had it in him.

This is about the only Renee Zellweger movie that I can actually say I liked. The sense of humour is much along the same lines as Peter Sellers Being There, a movie I also enjoyed very much.

A quirky movie that leaves the viewer feeling as though they are floating above the room watching from the ceiling. Great performance by Zellweger and Freeman. Eerie, funny, touching and weird - a true "out of body and mind" experience.
