A really interesting, slow boiler character study of small town australia and the underlining racial tension which is intrinsic to the country as a whole. Excellently acted throughout this is well worth watching

This is a very good movie and one about the strength needed for marriages to weather the storms and about grief and regret. Gabriel Byrne is wonderful and Laura Linney is wonderfully annoying. The setting is terrific and the supporting acting is excellent as well! Truly an independent gem.

Great performances all around in this character driven drama about the ripples caused by the murder of a young Aborigine girl. Ray Lawrence has created a riveting tale that will last long after the credits have finished.
