Inglourious Basterds (2009)

In Nazi-occupied France during World War II, a group of Jewish-American soldiers known as "The Basterds" are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. Brilliantly written, stunningly executed, epic and thought-provoking. Terrific cast with Waltz being the highlight. Music was mediocre at best. By far the best film of 2009.

Love to hate the evil character Christopher walkin plays and brad pits character accompanies him well as an adversary..very creative and a must see

Christoph Waltz earned that Oscar, The first time I watched this movie I ended up watching it tree times in a row, every scene is so well done you just wanna go over and over it

In my opinion the best war film of all time. Tarantino's history tweaking account of World War II boasts some of his best writing, characters and directing since 'Pulp Fiction.'
