An outstanding movie. Touch of Kollywood in it from A.R. Murugadoss; positively lacks the dilution of the movie by the "masala" filled in the Bollywood movies of today. Great acting by Akshay Kumar. Very good story and well developed plot. Bollywood today needs more movies like this one.

Great movie to watch and Akshay Kumar packs a punch with this blockbuster some freshness to solve major problem of terroris, and director AR Murugadoss has done justice with script.

Finally a great movie and a great tribute to Soldier and their passion for serving the nation. AR Murugadoss delivers an amazing movie after Ghajini and Akshay Kumar looks believable in the role of Captain Bakshi. Sonakshi Sinha plays a boxer in the film, which is good and marks the beginning of great role for all female leads. Must watch for all the Soldiers and family. The movie install right values.

The action might be a bit heavy handed but Holiday is smart, brutal and leaves a powerful message.
