Went into this movie with kind of indifference to the stooges. By the end I was convinced that they were an influential band.

Jarmusch allows Pop and the music of the Stooges to be the focus of the film. For most fans, that will be enough: Pop proves to be as likable and riveting on screen as he is on stage.

A wonderfully entertaining documentary about one of the best bands ever and, hands down, the best frontman ever. No one could match Iggy Pop's intensity, energy and aggression.
