Whether or not Garden Party is an accurate portrait of the shadow L.A. culture where the young, pretty and desperate can find quick rent money, this low-budget production never engages with its characters or stories enough to make you care either way.

Tried too hard to connect characters without a decent plot. The ending wasn't justified. It was an easy way out.

Hollywood, a place where everyone wants to go to be successful. However, it is not a place for everyone. The characters are not fully developed in a sense that can fully understand them.

The interconnecting stories just didn't really draw you in and a few made a little or no sense at all. The script wasn't deep enough to make you interested in the characters. The acting wasn't that great either although there were a fwe moments that raised this film to a 2 star.
