Christopher Nolan's first feature film, Like all his films, "Following" is suspenseful, brilliantly conceived, and a ballsy look at a man who takes people watching to a whole new level as he follows people around till one day he gets forced to do much more. A Neo-Noir at its very core and thanks to black and white photography and a great script Nolan makes his debut with a bang. If you like Inception, The Dark Knight, Memento, etc Following is a must see.

Unusual and intensely intellectual psychological story about a man who follows random people for no apparent reason until he begins a relationship with one of his subjects, who has a hobby of thievery and invading people's lives. The thief leads the man into an unpredictable spiral he, and I, was not prepared for. A low budget film from cinematic mastermind Christopher Nolan, whose own clever mind he himself must not be able to comprehend.

Loved this movie. First feature from Christopher Nolan (Memento). Shot in black in white, this is a brilliant noir thriller. The DVD was released after he became famous for "Memento", but this is an excellent movie in its own right from a talented director. Regretfully, he seem to have moved on from brooding noir thrillers to Hollywood blockbusters as of late, but that's a different story entirely.

I loved it, and I don't really care too much for black and white. Nolan's 1st movie, while he was still in film school. It's amazing how much he can do in just 70 minutes on a $6000 budget. And even on his first film, we get his signature, non-linear format. :]
