Good simple movie specially trained to be the best of the best at what she does blonde girl meets wolf pack the kills wolf pack one by one

Abigail Breslin is the Final Girl in this rather dull indie horror film. The story follows a young girl who's trained to taken on a group of serial killers that lure women out into the woods and hunt them for sport. It's an interesting setup, but it doesn't really get explored at all; as there's no real explanation as to who the killers are, or how they were found out and selected for this brand of vigilante justice. Additionally, the plot seems especially contrived and predictable. However, there is a fair amount of tension and intrigue to the hunt and the kills. And yet, in the end Final Girl just does work on any level.

How anyone can like this trash is beyond me. Apparently this is some photographer's debut feature, and he should just stick to photography. This man isn't Tarantino, no matter how hard he tries. Hideous, cringe-worthy overacting, a tragically miscast Abigail Breslin, poor Wes Bentley and the perpetual "why am I doing this" look in his eyes, brain aneurysm-inducing dialogue, countless plot holes and clichés, and god, the awful, awful cinematography. Do people really think this movie looks good? It looks like a '90s music video.

Despite a lazy script and bad editing, Final Girl is an okay watch if you are really bored.

Final Girl has an interesting premise however the plot is so weak and convoluted that it really does not stand up. Beautifully shot with a great cast, but I really was expecting more.
