Enjoyed the opening, and hoped it wouldn't crap out. Unfortunately... Apparently the rough cut was over 2.5 hours. At 99 mins, maybe too much was cut out because it seemed like it was missing something.

Baffling script about the rebirth of Lucifer and the angel Gabriel who end up attending the same high school. Several incoherent scenes need explanation. Surprisingly good soundtrack includes the Boomtown Rats and Talking Heads.

When you first read the synopsis on this movie, there is a strong potential to be an interesting movie. After about 15 minutes of terrible acting and complete nonsense you begin to feel like watching this movie was a bad choice. If you were like me and my roomates you continued to watch as the now terrible plot plays out to be complete garbage. Between the all naked men shower scene, and the people bleeding from the head, you will strongly dislike this movie. The movie is only saved by the amazing ending in which lucifer is zapped by small beams of red light, then blows up for 5 minutes, and then the credits.

I saw this film when I was 14 years old. I loved this film, my friends hated it, so I went to see it a couple of more time by myself. I remember that the soundtrack was awesome.
