Lucinda Price is sent to a reform academy under the assumption that she has killed a boy. There, she meets two mysterious boys, Cam and Daniel, to whom she feels drawn to both. Loved the movie!! I wish we would get the rest of the series in big budget film already!! I dont think all fans should be punished because of what one idiot did!!

If I was not a fan of the books, this movie would be confusing as best. It seemed to short to really develop any plot that was even slightly complex. This movie took the absolute basics of the book. No details made it into this movie. The basic plot points are there but the entire beginning to different. I would watch it once just so you understand what the heck just happened, but never again. I hope they remake this and are more faithful to the book.

A Twilight wannabe, Fallen is a generic tween fantasy thriller that's dreadfully boring. The story follows a troubled teen named Lucinda Price who's sent to a special boarding school where she meets a brooding young man that she instantly falls for, and she begins to believe that they've met before...perhaps in a previous life. Addison Timlin does alright as the lead, but really isn't given much to work with. The writing is incredibly bad, telegraphing the whole plot from the jump and delivering incredibly clichéd dialog. Still, the film has an interesting artistic look and the score does a good job at setting a dramatic tone. While Fallen shows some potential as a series, this first installment plays as a poorly made Twilight rip-off.
