A masterpiece of filmmaking, definitely Kubrick even in his last days, he was still an absolute genious, no matter his age. It's a very enigmatic piece of art, whose true meaning is not quite clear. I was fascinated by its perfect work of direction, the intriguing plot, the mysterious characters and the mindblowing atmosphere. It captivated me and entertained me from the very beginning until the very end, and it's about 160 minutes long. So far, the best performance I've seen by Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, also Sydney Pollack was good in his role. Its final "line" or word actually was unforgettable: "Fuck". A mesmerizing masterpiece of cinema.

This film is absolutely brilliant. Like many of Kubrick's films, I didn't love this movie the first time I saw it, in fact, I didn't really get it. Yet, watching it again, I realize theres a lot to work off of and think about. Kubrick considered this film to be one of his best films he has directed, and so do I.

This movie has hidden themes and intriguing enough story to keep you glued to your screen. The mood given is like no other. Truly one of Kubrick greatest works!
