Cool World (1992)

While incarcerated for murder, cartoonist Jack Deebs found escape by creating Cool World, a series featuring a voluptuous femme fatale named Holli Would. But the artist becomes a prisoner of his own fantasies when Holli transports Jack into Cool World with a scheme to seduce him and bring herself to life. Hard-boiled detective Frank Harris – the only other human in Cool World – cautions Jack with the law: Noids (humans) don't have sex with doodles (cartoons). However, flesh proves weaker than ink as Holli takes human form in Las Vegas, staring in a trans-universal chase that threatens the destruction of both worlds.

Old anima that was done with cartoon/real people that had a excellent plot.

I just saw that movie on YouTube yesterday, and I thought it's an awesome live-action/animated film. I do admit, Ralph Bakshi is an artistic genius, and this is a great movie; even though I prefer his 1977 animated film Wizards. And even though, I usual watched family-oriented animated films; but I guess, I am like wholesome vs taboo, and sure it is not much of a comedy, but it is high on fantasy to me. So overall, I enjoyed it - this film; and the soundtrack too. And you know, Kim Basinger (Holli Would) was great in this film (though many people disagree) and also in Tim Burton's film version of Batman as Vicki Vale; even though she screams too much!

the visuals were phenomental the story was a little to young for my taste but, animation, sex, and live action goes hand and hand as this film is one the few most underrrated films of all time, kim basinger, gabriel bynre, and brad pitt were phenomental and this is what disney/pixar should look into!miss holli would if she could...
