When Chef Carl Casper suddenly quits his job at a prominent Los Angeles restaurant after refusing to compromise his creative integrity for its controlling owner, he is left to figure out what's next. CHEF is a movie bursting at the seams with life. Music, food, family, comedy, a road trip, cuban cuisine, and all the best food porn you can get. Jon Favreau has seriously outdone himself here. With this perfect film he has instantly shot up to one of my favorite storytellers ever. It's as feel good as possible, one of the most wholesome movies I've ever seen. You really can't ask for a better movie than CHEF.
