The accents were bad enough that for the 1st hour I thought it took place in Chicago. Tim Robbins did what he could with a terribly written character that was dumber than Nuke in Bull Durham. Robin Williams was witty and fun, but seemed like he was still working on his character for the Birdcage. Everyone else was terrible and the story dragged out

This movie was really really bad... both Robin Williams and Tim Robbins are great actors.. but this movie is too terrible for them to show it.

The hostage scenario (with Tim Robbins) was the only highlight of the movie with excellent acting. The rest of the movie sucks.
