I'm so surprised this is an unpopular film. I loved it - hilarious, witty, and oddly visceral despite its absurdity, Butter is a fantastic movie.

OMG...maybe it is Iowa-humor, but I loved it. If you can't take a little political satire, you will probably hate it. A great emotional roller coaster with dabs of stupid humor.

Barking rather than biting, this social-political satire is disappointingly soft and too crude, perhaps because it's a feature directorial debut.
