the 50s image was more than ideal it added a certain romance to the movie that I did not expect, the accents made it even better. Great actors and actresses the best movie I've watched this year it had a certain grace and leniency that was specific to a gentle kind of relationship the actors had. Perfect movie everything was just right.

I went to see this film only because it's nominated for Best Picture. It's simply not my kind of film. After all I don't go to the movies to laugh or cry, I go to be entertained. Well, I laughed, I cried, and I was entertained. Led by an Oscar-worthy performance from Saoirse Ronan, this film manufactures drama from places where one wouldn't expect drama to exist and conjures laughs from seemingly mundane conversations. Impactful yet subtle I'm shocked to say I loved it.
