That winsome charm and gusto is infectious, as in a Central Park-set dance number with some of the Technicolor verve of an old Hollywood musical, and it manages to sustain this unflagging exuberance across its fleet 72-minute running time.

Sure it has a few little flaws that can be picked apart by the stingy critics like the sacarine vibe and the dodgy CGI but as someone who grew up with this franchise as a kid and has been really loving the modern revival, this movie was incredibly delightful from start to finish! A fantastic time for both it's target audience and especially adults who grew up on the original! Expand

Blue’s Big City Adventure is a movie aimed at preschoolers that’s also enjoyable for adults, with exciting musical numbers that help break the simple story and explore the street art history of New York City. Add to that nods to the franchise’s past and the return of the original hosts, and you get a movie you won’t mind your children watching over and over again.
