While clearly made for a dedicated fanbase, unlike some more recent anime live-action adaptations, one of the greatest assets of Bleach is how cohesively it outlines its mythology for the uninitiated.

This movie keeps the spirit of the original anime adaptation and it has a surprisingly cohesive plot. The characterization is pretty good. The best movie adaptation of an anime/manga of the past 5 years.

Amazing for a movie rendition of this legendary anime. Go in watching this movie expecting to see a creative and masterful work of art. I truly enjoyed seeing this with my wife. I hope they continue this Saga. Great Job Netflix!
