Went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The movie has great pacing and, for people that don’t know Black Adam comics, a nice plot twist. The after credits scene is awesome.

I thought the movie was awesome! From the action packed scenes to the amazing graphics! These critics are wilding out idk why anyone would give it a bad review.

DC are back thank to The Rock Finally a movie gives the feeling that DC are making great movies again. First of all, it may not be comic accurate at all but Dwayne Johnson is the perfect casting for Black Adam. Also the Justice Society castings were great, although we did not get much to know about their backstories. Their past and their development may be one of the few things that was missing in the plot. But fortunately it did not disturb anything about the backstory and the development of Black Adam himself. Unlike the other DC movies, the darkness was adjusted better this time. Also the very little piece of comedy has found a place in the Movie. The surprise in the post credit scene was just awesome and hope giving for the next projects of DC. The film is recommended.

I have used Meracritic for over a decade, but this is my first review, simply because I cannot believe the critics score on this. Get over yourselves! Black Adam is amazing! Marvel is so overdone lately, and it's nice to have something fresh. Non stop action, genuine characters, and a great story. My son a d I loved Shazam and after this we can't wait to see where the DC universe is headed.

Black Adam is an enjoyable superhero film that seemed to be doubted by critics, but enjoyed by fans. Very entertaining superhero film that imposes a superman like protagonist and dominating everybody who stands in their way. Dwayne Johnson does a very good job portraying an emotionless superhero, but the real star of the movie is Pierce Brosnan’s character that acts like a father figure that should’ve been more involved in the file. Most of the characters are dragged down by nonsense writing and is more filler than flavor. Overall, Black Adam provides a entertaining flick with some useless characters and carries across the finish line with excitement.
