I don't get the negative reviews. This is a beautiful movie that is equal parts chilling and touching. Well written, exceptionally acted, and definitely worth your time.

It's messy, they really gloss over the whole CPS process, and there are a lot of loose ends left untied at the end. The films definitely has its problems, but the crux of the story has this unique take on magical realism, and some interesting perspectives on the dream state, the dark corners of our imagination, and our subconscious.

Before I Wake masquerades as a scary movie when it is really a drama about loss and how we each deal with it. I guarantee the film would have done better if it stuck to the premise it succeeded at, rather than trying to be a horror movie. The cast does very well and the premise is very intriguing. I enjoyed the film, but wish it lived up to its potential

In truth , the film was released in Israel yesterday so I went to watch it . If you have seen more than five horror movies , you know what the twist what the movie's end . The film bounces off the chair a few times , is written and edited well and good soundtrack as well . If you are looking for a film that is frightening but also you will not make it long nightmares movie for you

this is well acted, has an interesting story and it has some creepy imagery, but it's not enough to make up for its slow pace, cheap jump scares, and it's tired cliches. it's just to uneven to recommend, but it's entertaining.
