Batman and his sidekick Robin attempt to the foil the sinister schemes of a deranged set of new villains, most notably the melancholy Mr. Freeze, who wants to make Gotham City into an arctic region, and the sultry Poison Ivy, a botanical femme fatale. This is the ultimate guilty pleasure movie for me! This movie is terrible! But, I find it actually really funny and entertaining! People hate on this movie too much. This is very silly for a Batman movie, but Batman used to be a silly character. Take a look at the '60s TV show and the earlier comics. You can't accept the serious Batman without accepting the silly Batman as well. This movie is terrible, the writing is a mess, the acting is laughable, the dialogue is horrible, but I like this movie. If you want a funny movie, not a serious Batman movie, this film is for you! Nananananananana, BATMAN!!!!!

I've heard this movie was complete crap, but I did like it. But I enjoy all Batman movies sooo...yeah. I absolutely hate Robin though, and Batgirl got on my nerves too. Also, TOO MANY PUNS. Puns are the lowest form of humor, and this movie is filled with them.

I went to see this movie with my family and this was the first movie I have ever heard and saw of both Uma Thurman and George Clooney, who was working on his 3rd season of "ER" and filming this movie at the same time in the same studio (Warner Bros.). What's funny about is that he wore his Batman costume while visting his ER co-stars. I thought he made a good impression as Batman. And seeing Arnold as Mr. Freeze, that was really cool. Critics and Fans say this movie is bad, but I just liked the action and thought it was really good.
