This movie made me question if Bruce Timm has lost it. It's supposed to be set in the same world as the Animated Series, yet it seems out of character and puts holes into Batman Beyond. Mainly the times when that show talked about the past. This feels more like a parody of the old TV show. The humor drifts from childish to adult oriented. And yes, Nightwing and Harley do it. Why? It comes out of nowhere and doesn't contribute to anything more than a few dirty jokes. For the most part this film is tolerable, but it's the last 5 minutes of face palming moments that truly ruins this film. Then it just throws the credits at you, followed by a mid-credits scene and an after credits scene. Both of which are comedic relief that is tacked on. The after credits scene goes on for too long. It got boring real fast.

The animators and artists have despicably horrid drawing skills but the real culprits of this movie coming out as a complete wreck are the script and story writers. They filled up the movie with dry, hollow dialogue, at the moment when Nightwing asked Harley, "Wouldn't it be better than working for minimum wage plus tips?" I knew this movie was going to suck because that line was just too cliche. Fuck this movie, fuck the writers and animators, put a bullet through their heads and get your money back from them if you wasted your time and or your money to see this movie. It's an insult to DC Comics to even call "Batman and Harley Quinn" a DC movie, because it's so badly drawn out and indolently written. This movie is just as bad as DC's terrible 2010s line-up of mediocre products like Justice League Action and Teen Titans Go! and the direct-to-video Teen Titans movies like Judas Contract.

Great movie. For actual Batman fans this movie makes sense. Harley is a character that is a wild card through and through. She is light hearted, crazy, malicious, naughty and down right unpredictable like the Joker. In comics and many stories Harley is a sexual character so her jokes and puns make sense that they are adult. Also the reason they styled the cartoon after the old batman the animated series is for us adults who grew up watching batman and clutching on to our stuffed batman and joker toys waiting for a new and exciting episode. In my opinion those of you who are judging this movie based off of preconceived notion's and are not educated and don't really have a valid opinion because they are speaking out of their ass. Also if you watched Batman Assault on Arkham Harley, makes many sexual jokes and has sex with dead shot, so... all in all do your research and know the subject of which you are talking about before you form an opinion.
