amazing Batman and Robin series of episodes

I saw this movie when I was younger... nothing much to tell about it now though.

A little long-winded at times, but there's no denying the pure entertainment value of the production. The brooding Robert Lowery is excellent as the Caped Crusader, John Duncan is likeable, and Jane Adams makes a fine impression as Vicki Vale. The resolutions of almost each cliffhanger are too easily done to be truly rewarding, though the serial as a whole is a consistent joyride.

The 1949 Batman And Robin serial starring Robert Lowrey as Batman and John Duncan as Robin sets the style of the 1966 Batman TV series but is in a more serious tone.
