Alien Arsenal (1998)

Alien Arsenal, also released as Alien Weapons, tells the story of two teenage misfits, Ralph and Baxter, who accidentally discover a bizarre vault full of alien weaponry and body armor in the basement of their high school, with which they harness the power to transform from super geeks...to superheroes. Unfortunately, their discovery signals the arsenal's alien owners who have returned to Earth to reclaim the deadly cache...and destroy the planet!

A Full Moon movie about the nerd kid who gets a suit live guyver... yeah this is guyver. The suit looks cheesy robo cop knockoff. Actually every thing's pretty cheesy, but it's fun to watch this one.

42/100. It's certainly a minor film, low budget and not very professionally done, but it is oddly enjoyable in a guilty pleasure sort of way. It is at least imaginative, for the budget, the special effects aren't too bad. It has a lightness about it that helps as well.
