Arsenal is just a pile of poop, an utter mess. Nicolas Cage has reached a new low for how bad he is in this and the rest of the movie is just awful. The writing, acting, cinematography, literally, everything. The only thing that is somewhat alright is John Cusack. Don't watch this.

Arsenal is garbage. The cast includes familiar faces...but it’s still a trashy, blood-spattered, sadistic thriller with a goes-nowhere plot, overwrought dialogue and a throbbing soundtrack that’ll leave your ears ringing.

No idea why movie got such a low rating, since it kept my attention the whole time and has a pretty good cast and good acting. More in the way of Kill Bill with it's effects, but some people like that.

The combined charms of Nicolas Cage and John Cusack might just have been able to save this made-for-VOD thriller, but they are both left on the sidelines.
