Great acting fom the cast, the plot was a bit of a headache at times, but not without its charm.

I can tentatively recommend it if only because there has never been anything like it in the history of cinema as far as I can remember.

An almost perfect fairytale. Director, Paul Schrader, presents a captivating modern day fable, without falling foul of the formulaic Hollywood trap. Goldblum is captivating in a role tailored made for his peculiar charismatic persona, a lifetime best for him. Watch the fantastic direction/camerawork that mimics the mind of the asylum's residents; a very subtle touch that breathes life into all the scenes shot there, and presents a stark contrast with the film's horrible reality. Adam Resurrected stays true to its genre throughout, keeps you guessing till the end, is full of magnificent, well-acted characters, works on a variety of layered plots, and never, for one moment, fails to impress.

THIS MOVIE SURELY HAD PATHOS, YET, IT WAS COMPLICATED IN NARRATIVE DELIVERY FOR ME. THE ACCENTS WERE HARD TO UNDERSTAND. NEED A DVD WITH SUBTITLES TO GET ALL THE NUANCES AND STORY LINE. YET, I BELIEVE I GOT THE "GIST" OF IT. ANOTHER DISPICTION OF NAZIS AS TRULY CRIMINALS AGAINST MANKIND.

Very well performed.. A little strange in places, but very touching and heartbreaking in others.
