The story is somewhat disgusting, you are incredulous how someone can have their life so unstructured. In general it holds a lot of attention, it is not very complex or enigmatic, but it has an interesting ending.

This is like watching the paint dry in the still-new Tyler Perry Studios soundstages.

Perry’s self-produced soap opera scribble is the kind of hilarious so-bad-it’s-good romp in which the man behind the curtain invites his viewers to roll their eyes.

The fact that a director and actor as mediocre as Tyler Perry continues to get funding and distribution tells more of the audience than of those who work with him and his company and that's both sad and worrisome. This awful film is yet another perfect example of how little he tries to do something with quality. I mean he said the shooting took only five days. Five days!!!. It's just ridiculous. Netflix doesn't drag its prestige, it barely has some, but shows how much money it can throw away with its lousy quality control.

It’s a five-day toss-off that’s simultaneously an impressive feat and business as usual.
