My favorite Tracy-Hepburn film. I love how she realizes finally that achieving status and fame isn't what gives beauty to life.

I was just expecting a comedy but it actually had some good emotional moments in it too. Too bad the ending seemed a bit rushed. And as much as I think Spencer Tracy is good, I'm all about Katherine Hepburn with Cary Grant.

Not your typical battle-of-the-sexes romantic comedy at all, although it starts out that way before becoming quite dramatic and thoughtful; Hepburn is magnetic, beautiful (sporting some super funky duds) and really carries this film and Tracy is perfect for his role, despite not being the best looking or most charismatic leading man
