Della Myers, a suburban housewife, lives with her twin children and her abusive husband, Kenneth. On Christmas Eve, she drives to the local mall to buy gift-wrap. In the jam-packed parking lot, she notices an old car taking up two spaces and decides to leave a note on the windshield calling them out. After the mall closes, her car is blocked by the old car and she's threatened by four thugs. She escapes in her vehicle, but they drive after her. She crashes at a dead end construction site at the edge of a forest. What unfolds in the desolate woods is Della's lone fight for survival against a gang of angry young men with murderous intent.

I wouldn't call it fun MJP, but it was a good film and pretty cool improvised deaths.

Un Eden Lake a l'americaine avec Kim Basinger dans le role de Sarah Connor. A regarde entre potes lors d'une soiree bieres-pizza.

i just watched it because the trailer looked good. it's not disappointing but it's nothing special. the entertaining level is at its minimum. kim basinger is okay and it's nice to see her again but some plot holes put the movie into the "whatever"-level.

It's a bit far fetched, but I did find it compelling and fast paced. It certainly had some tense scenes. The performances were fine, effective score. It is a good length, I thought it was good. Interesting ending.

Les sales gosses dÃ©biles d'"Eden Lake" ont grandi, et font la misere a une pauvre daronne au bout du rouleau, la veille de Noel. Mais la mere Kim s'avere etre une redoutable louve. J'adore.
