Max, an angel in exile, walks around the United States to help humans. In a small town in Maine, he meets a young woman without a family named Sally. As she struggles to get custody of her younger brother, Max immediately believes that his new mission is to help Sally. But Jo, a strict angel, is sent to explain to his colleague that this is not exactly what is expected of him. It was great story of how ornaments made by a father came back to son 50 years later. Max had everything to do with it. How Max saved a boy' s life so that he could be the painter of ornaments.The family tradition could be past from one generation to another again.

i love that she finally got custody of her brother. but i feel that the story could have been written better and that some of the acting could have been better. i only watched this because the mom from 8 simple rules was in it.

Typical Christmas movie with two well known actors. Nice story but best used as back ground noise while decorating a tree or cooking a turkey.
