I like this moving but I grew up watching it. It's a B movie

Far better than its RT score, Warning Sign was way ahead of it's time. I really must question the credentials of "critics" who compare contrast Warning Sign to movies that came out decades later. This movie paved the way for Outbreak, 28 Days Later, and Resident Evil so comparing it to them is just ridiculous. In context it was a reasonably good 80's sci-fi/thriller which is obviously somewhat dated now.

Plot definitely had potential. However, late 80's cheese ruined the film. The plot of the film centers around a "rage" virus being let loose in a government facility. But the people infected acted more like morons and dorks then actual people on a hell bent murder spree. "28 Days Later" definitely portrayed such a scenario more realistically. AVOID!

Uncle Sam experiments in germ warfare despite signing treaty banning those weapons when a leak occurs at the lab. The result ventures into zombie territory for those infected. Disheartening to see the army overpowered in a crisis by a small local mob.
