I have to say that this franchise, since 1968, is still strong and intriguing from its modernized apes.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a great film. I like the story a lot. A lot of the scenes are incredibly powerful. It is sensational. The climactic battle... excuse me... war is incredible.

one word to say wow and also even tho this movie is a type of torture for me because you feel for ceaser and also because I cry everytime i watch it but i cant help myself not to watch.

An impressive semi-remake, with mind blowing special effects and a masterful motion capture performance by Andy Serkis of Gollum fame, this has every ambition to restart the dying franchise.

Usually reboots annoy me, but this one really did it perfectly. It told the basis of the Apes tale, but changed it enough that the original series and the reboot series feel completely separate; even the personalities of Andy Serkis' Caesar and Roddy McDowall's Caesar are very different. Bravo, fantastic film.
