A solid reboot thanks to clever casting and groundbreaking CGI, plus a very intriguing chimp by the name of Caesar.

Fantastic reboot to this series! The old ones can't even compare with the way this has been done. James Franco does an excellent job as well.

It's a fully loaded action spectacle with both brains and heart. The story is intriguing and constantly interesting with an intense tone throughout. The visual effects and performances are both top notch. I love this movie so much. It was just so much more than I had expected. The emotional center is truly where the movie shines. It is a stellar origin story that kicks off the sequence of events very nicely. The combination of drama, science fiction, and action is executed very well. It's a fantastic movie that'll both entertain you and make you think.
