The best of his straight to DVD films. Big time bodycount and bloody gunshot wounds. Tough talk Seagal style and bone breaking acion that made Seagal an action icon during the 80's.

That Urban Justice eventually devolves into yet another tedious Steven Seagal actioner is particularly disappointing, as the movie boasts an opening half hour that essentially possesses the feel of an old-school Seagal effort.

Well, by the looks of Seagal, it's been about 30yrs since I've watched one of his films- gone downhill a lot since Marked for Death days. Some decent action in this one, I guess, but it has the production value of a high school video project and half the movie is filled with slo-mo blood splatter and breaking bones. Pretty much what I expected... not worth making an effort to see, but entertaining enough for the background...
