Je ne suis pas une grande fan de Steven Seagal et c'était pire que ce à quoi je m'attendais...

Slightly cheap looking production values cannot diminish the charisma of a revitalised Steven Seagal. Follows the recipe of his old films: economical plot + raw crunching fight scenes. It's good fun to see Seagal unleashed on the streets like a grizzled cowboy. Eddie Griffin is an effective and intimidating honcho. Special bonus cameo of Danny Trejo being cool. A MUST FOR SEAGAL FANS.

Don't waste your time unless you are a die hard Steven Seagal fan. Even then - go watch some of his older stuff.

It's Seagal's best movie in a long time, which doesn't exactly mean that it's "good," but it is very entertaining and pretty competently put together. The fight scenes are no longer laughable, awkwardly edited mish-mashes of Seagal waving his arms spliced with obvious body doubles kicking ass - he's doing his own shit again. He almost came off as intimidating once or twice!

Not too shabby, well no it was garbage, actually.
