A fascinating story of people suffering with Lyme disease, the insurance companies who don't want to pay for it, and the doctors who put their practices at risk by treating the patients anyway. It is a very sad story, but important to see, and very interesting.

It isn't very often that a movie/documentary moves me to the point that I feel the need to make other people aware of its existence, and push them to watch it... "Under Our Skin" is a documentary that I think everyone should watch. Every day I find more reasons to hate our medical/insurance system.

This is a movie everyone should see. You need to be aware of the signs of Lyme disease and made aware of how saturated the US is with infected ticks, which are in every state. Lymes disease can also be pasted from mother to child in the womb as well as from man to woman or vis versa like a sexually transmitted disease.

Heartbreaking stories of patients suffering life-shattering illness make Under Our Skin compelling. It would have been an even better movie if the filmmakers had been more diligent in following the money.
